- No-shows for scheduled consultations will not be refunded

5.2 Wedding Planning Packages

- Cancellations made 30-90 days before the wedding date will receive a 50% refund for any payments made beyond the initial deposit
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the wedding date are non-refundable
All wedding planning packages are subject to the terms specified in the signed service agreement, which may contain additional details regarding cancellations and refunds.
6. Physical Products
6.1 Return Policy
For physical products purchased through our Website (such as wedding planning binders, merchandise, etc.):
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them
